100 acre property situated on the Blackwood River, only 6Kms from Nannup.
It has spectacular views over the valley and has Blackwood river frontage with easy access.
It is surrounded by state forest so you can enjoy bush walks and an array of wildflowers and native animals.

It is 2Km from Barrabup Pool and the timber trail runs past the property.

2 The storey farmhouse is fully self-contained with 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 18 people.

There is a small vineyard, orchard and blue gum plantation as well as a lovely blue dam for swimming and many native birds and animals.

Minimum booking 2 nights and 3 nights for long weekends.

Facilities include a large kitchen and lounge area with slow combustion wood heater and a magnificent large Jarrah dining table.

There are 3 queen beds, 2 bunk beds and 8 single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, microwave, electric hotplate and oven. Also an out door wood BBQ.
The lounge has a TV, VCR and 3 in 1 stereo.

Linen and blankets are NOT provided.


Directions: From Nannup take the Vasse highway to Busselton. 1.3Kms from the bridge turn left into Mowen Rd.
Follow the road for 5Kms and the driveway is on the left hand side. There are two signs on either side of the driveway, One sign is a small wooden sign the other is a large white sign. If you pass the turn off to Barrabup Pool which is on the right hand side about 1km on, you have gone to far.
